Preflet is a new energy-saving platform that is still having it's project on a pilot phase. Which meant that I had to conduct full UX analysis to make a suitable UI design.
The task was to create a smooth and clear onboarding experience for the new users.
The requirement was having the design simple, clean, minimalistic, typical for SaaS companies of this kind.

To ensure a seamless UX/UI experience for the onboarding process of clients using the Preflet app, I followed a comprehensive design process that prioritized user-centricity. Starting with user research, I conducted interviews and gathered feedback to understand their needs and pain points. This informed the creation of intuitive wireframes and prototypes, allowing for user testing and refinement of the interface.
I did an online Onboarding course as I recognize the importance of this particular stage of any app journey.
Emphasizing clear, step-by-step guidance and visually engaging elements, the onboarding screens not only simplified user adoption but also conveyed the core value of the app effectively. Recognizing the significance of onboarding, I aimed to provide a positive first impression as it is the pivotal moment where users decide whether to continue using the app or abandon it. By streamlining the user's initial experience, we improved user retention and engagement, ensuring Preflet's long-term success.
